Designed exclusively for Dans le Noir ?, this four-course tasting menu invites guests on a sensory journey inspired by the rich culinary heritage and vibrant energy of Mexico City. Blending local influences with a contemporary and refined approach, the menu showcases seasonal ingredients and authentic Mexican flavours reimagined with creativity and elegance.

How the experience unfolds

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed and prepared for this unforgettable adventure. Food allergies and dietary requirements are carefully taken into account by our team. To ensure total immersion, all personal belongings, including mobile phones, are left in the lockers before entering the dining room.

Guided by a specially trained waiter-guide, guests are then led into complete darkness, where they embark on a unique sensory experience that challenges perceptions, awakens the senses and offers a new perspective on the world around them.

Served entirely in complete darkness, the experience heightens the senses and encourages guests to discover flavours, textures and aromas in a completely new way. Through two starters, a main course and a dessert, each dish is designed to surprise, delight and create a deeper connection with the food, making this culinary adventure as memorable as it is unique.
